The DVSA has announced the inclusion of computer-generated clips (CGI) developed by Jellylearn of snow, wind, rain and other adverse weather conditions as part of the ongoing development of the driving theory test. With 16,406 accidents in rain, sleet, snow or fog on Britain's roads in 2017, including 205 fatal incidents, the DVSA commissioned Jellylearn to develop these highly visual and accurate clips for the hazard perception part of the test to improve safety on the road. The objective is to provide more realistic driving conditions to test a learner driver's ability by preparing them for overcoming the real-life challenges they will face on the road in a range of weather conditions.
